Duties

• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and proceedings

• Take and defend depositions

• Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and motions

• Prepare case evaluations and litigation strategies

• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

• Manage a variety of insurance defense matters independently

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to advance case goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation

• Strong litigation and courtroom experience

• Ability to manage a full caseload and meet court deadlines

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in good standing
