The ideal candidate will have between eight to twenty years of employment litigation and counseling experience. A book of business is required for Partner candidates, while it is preferred but not mandatory for Senior Counsel candidates.

Duties

• Provide expert legal counsel in labor and employment matters.
• Manage and litigate complex employment cases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
