Data Intelligence Analyst
Duties: The candidate will perform data analysis in support of finding trends, patterns, and useful outcomes. Assist in developing complex analytical dashboards and solutions for departments., practice groups, partners, legal staff, firm management, and administrative users. Leverage firm intelligence system to provide actionable data and insightful analysis. Combine internal and external data to create and custom insights to enhance business development and solve client problems. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals in producing substantive reports and analytics that pertain to industry and clients. Assist in developing standards for reporting and appropriate benchmarks for identified firm goals. Assist in determining requirements for centralized, governed data sources and develop processes to ensure accuracy of data. Develop key performance indicators to meet the requirements of key business drivers. Perform ad hoc analysis as needed. Participate in department/practice group meetings. Stay abreast on trends in the legal industry and advise leadership on best practices. Work on special projects as assigned.
