The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: General corporate work, Mergers and acquisitions, Banking, Estate planning, probate, Real estate. Must be admitted to the practice of law in Nebraska (or quickly working to obtain). Should have 3+ years of corporate transactional experience.
