Seeking Employment Associate or Counsel - Senior Level with 6+ years’ experience. The candidate must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar. Will have significant advice and counseling experience, some employment litigation experience, and abroad understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations. Preferably, will have a majority of experience in an employment practice group or employment-only law firm. The practice will focus on providing advice and counseling to clients concerning employment law issues, with secondary work on employment litigation, including single plaintiff and class action matters. Will include providing advice, drafting policies, handbooks, employment agreements, wage-hour, leave of absences, investigations, etc.
