• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• Mid-level associate with several years of experience in wage and hour, class, and collective actions.
• Strong background in class action employment matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
