Location:

Duties:

• Represent injured workers in workers' compensation cases

• Provide client management and counseling

• Attend and advocate in administrative hearings

• Prepare legal documents and filings

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative judges

• Evaluate and negotiate settlements

• Manage a docket of cases efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice law in Texas

• Experience in workers' compensation law preferred

• Spanish-speaking skills (preferred)

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases

• Excellent client service skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the Texas State Bar
