Profile

Seeking Finance & Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years’ experience. Candidate will gain business development experience, enhance professional development skills, and develop significant responsibility and work with partners on all levels of client interaction. Must be currently licensed in Virginia, or have the ability to immediately waive into Virginia. Must have experience in drafting commercial real estate, leasing and financing documents, and handling title, survey, entity and other real estate diligence matters. Additional experience in commercial lending and banking transactions, including commercial real estate loans, asset-based loans, or other secured credit facilities of varying types is a plus. Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters. Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems. Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
