A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Litigation practice group in Concord, New Hampshire. This hybrid position offers a dynamic roster of litigation work, providing significant client interaction and involvement in all case aspects.

Duties

• Engage in all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership (or anticipated) in Maine.
