Duties:

• Provide legal support and counsel across a variety of practice areas, including litigation, research, and client advisory.

• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and develop legal strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court appearances as needed.
• Assist senior attorneys in managing caseloads and preparing for trials.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen legal strategies and deliver high-quality client services.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of legal experience, or completion of a judicial clerkship.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar is required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to professional development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Nevada State Bar membership (required).
