• Duties:
• Handle general liability litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, and related cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with attorneys and staff.
• Manage cases across state and federal courts.

• Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in premises liability, products liability, or personal injury preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Education:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Certifications:
• Active license to practice law in California.
