Duties

• Manage a high project load and oversee administrative staff.

• Chair client corporate meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Draft complaints, answers, and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare witnesses and conduct depositions.
• Engage in motion practice, trial preparation, and trial conduct.
• Handle appellate work as necessary.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
• 5+ years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or civil matters for governmental organizations.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and sophisticated software.
• Availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends for client meetings.
• Excellent personal skills and client interaction abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.

Skills

• Ability to manage electronic task lists and billing.
