Mid-level Associate

The candidate will handle a range of employment-related cases from the discovery stage through trial and gain significant experience drafting pleadings, counseling clients, conducting depositions and engaging in motion practice and oral argument before Federal and State courts. Must have a demonstrated background and interest in employment law, including experience litigating discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation and/or wage-and-hour claims. Should have Juris Doctor degree with a record of strong academic performance. Must have 4-6 years of work experience in the legal field, including employment-related litigation experience. Previous trial experience is a plus. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Effective time management skills and ability to multitask is required.
