Duties

• Draft and review briefs, memos, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
• Engage in discovery processes, including drafting and responding to motions.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of general litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Significant experience in legal writing and analysis.
• Background in insurance or medical malpractice preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, personable, and articulate with the ability to collaborate.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Florida.

Skills

• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with law clerk internships, moot court, or law review/journal.
