Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.

• Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients in disputes and transactional matters.

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.

• Maintain well-organized case files for easy accessibility by attorneys and legal staff.

• Engage in fact-finding investigations and discovery processes to gather essential case information.

• Keep clients informed about case developments and maintain open communication with courts and opposing counsel.

• Conduct initial client consultations to assess legal needs and develop strategic approaches.

Requirements

• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload across multiple legal disciplines.

• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
