Duties:

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings including hearings and settlement negotiations

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client needs

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentation

• Collaborate with legal team members to gather evidence and prepare case files

• Maintain professional communication with clients and guide them through legal processes

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in workers' compensation law

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases

• Strong understanding of civil litigation, particularly personal injury

• Commitment to high-quality client service and representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
