Duties

• Lead associate on complex bond financings and workouts.
• Serve as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and issuer's special counsel.
• Work with state, state agency, and local governmental issuers as tax counsel.
• Collaborate with bond credit enhancement providers and institutional investors.

Requirements

• Significant broad-based public finance experience.
• Substantive experience structuring bond transactions.
• Municipal bond real estate and UCC experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Ability to work well with colleagues and clients.
