Summer Associate Program
The summer associates work with clients and are regularly included in conference calls and out-of-office proceedings such as court appearances and depositions. Summer Associates are also invited to attend all Firm training sessions, practice group meetings and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars. Throughout the summer, lawyers conduct workshops to help the Summer Associates develop their skills, with legal writing classes and Blue Book trainings. The firm encourages summer associates to choose a practice area of interest during their time with us and do not limit them to a formal rotation system. The program is designed to be a balanced blend of both work and social functions. Each summer associate is asked to demonstrate legal abilities through work product.
