A law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to handle sophisticated estate and wealth planning matters. This hybrid role involves advising individuals, families, and business owners on both foundational and advanced estate planning strategies, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

Duties:

• Design and implement comprehensive estate plans for a range of clients
• Advise on federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies
• Draft complex estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts and gifting structures
• Develop business succession and wealth transfer strategies
• Provide guidance on asset protection and Medicaid planning
• Counsel clients on charitable giving and legacy planning
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
• Work with support staff to deliver a high-quality client experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of estate planning experience
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex planning structures
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently
• Strong client relationship and advisory capabilities
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
