Duties

• Oversee and supervise attorney and non-attorney staff as the department grows.
• Provide high-quality legal representation to clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the expansion and success of the criminal law department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing criminal law.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and staff.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and mentorship.
• Passion for helping clients and dedication to continuous improvement.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
