Duties
- Assess HSR reportability and prepare HSR forms.
- Manage filing preparation and coordinate with clients, corporate teams, and opposing counsel.
- Engage in substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions.
- Assist with Second Request responses and general antitrust counseling.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of antitrust/competition-related M&A clearance experience.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in good standing.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing complex regulatory matters.
