Duties

• Manage a mixed caseload of family law and another substantive practice area.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, contracts, or agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, negotiations, and administrative proceedings.
• Provide clients with timely and clear communication regarding their cases and legal options.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
• 0-5 years of experience in family law and/or another practice area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
