Health Law Associate

The candidate will be researching, analyzing, and advising on Medicaid and Medicare A, B, C, and/or D requirements as well as state and federal fraud and abuse laws (e.g., the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, similar state laws). Working with other attorneys on various aspects of transactions, including health care regulatory due diligence and analysis of transaction structures to assess compliance with health care regulatory requirements, and will draft/review contracts with health care regulatory implications. Should be graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts, NY, or DC Bar. Must have 3+ years of experience working on matters in the health care industry. Must have experience with FDA, DEA, and/or pharmacy regulatory matters is desired. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires an immediate partner and client contact. Must have a high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients. Must be able to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail. Be able to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
