Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing, and/or joint ventures. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, along with a strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and title review.
• Communicate effectively with clients, other team members, and third parties.
• Take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with team members.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate matters.

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• 3-6 years of experience in real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing, and/or joint ventures.
• Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating real estate agreements and contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate law and transactions.
