This full-time position offers immediate opportunities to manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, including trial and appellate experience. Duties

• Manage a large and diverse caseload in the areas of civil litigation and family law

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Conduct depositions, client meetings, and case evaluations

• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including appeals when necessary

• Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to ensure effective case strategy and client outcomes

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in general civil law and family law

• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently

• Strong litigation and case management experience

• Willingness to participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California

Skills

• Litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy

• Excellent legal writing and oral argument skills

• Familiarity with discovery and trial preparation

• Strong organizational and time management skills
