Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters with a focus on Higher Education cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial or settlement.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client communication.
• Managed client relationships and provided timely updates on case developments.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably focusing on Higher Education.
• Strong academic background, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.

Certifications:
