A law firm seeks a talented and experienced retail leasing attorney to join its Real Estate practice group in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in retail shopping center leasing, with a focus on negotiating and drafting leases, advising on lease administration, and managing client relationships.

Duties

• Negotiate and draft retail leases for shopping centers.
• Advise clients on lease administration and compliance.
• Resolve leasing disputes and provide strategic guidance.
• Supervise junior attorneys and manage client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing for Associate level.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience for Counsel level, with a proven track record in complex transactions.
• Experience in a large law firm or sophisticated in-house legal department preferred.
• Superior academic credentials and strong work ethic required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the resident-office jurisdiction.
