Responsibilities: Draft Correspondence to clients and opposing counsel; Case analysis and strategy; Legal Research and Writing; Document review and summarizing; Draft and file pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions; Draft and respond to written discovery; Oral Discovery --Depositions (lay and expert): Attend court hearings and participate in oral argument; Prepare for and argue; TROs, evidentiary hearings, motions in limine, trial; Negotiate and participate in settlement, mediation, and arbitrations; Meet Required:Minimum Billing Hours –1,850 hours/annually.
