A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of general litigation experience and demonstrate proficiency in handling both basic and complex litigation documents.

Duties

• Prepare answers, motions, and other routine filings.
• Handle hearings and depositions effectively.
• Manage cases with significant responsibility.
• Engage in arbitration practices, including JAMS and AAA.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in energy construction, real estate, and/or banking industries.
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
