Counsel
The candidate will be expected to include reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts, drafting and implementing corporate policies and procedures, counseling on HR matters, supporting compliance efforts, training employees and assisting with litigation matters.  A JD degree with superior academic credentials. Should have 5-10 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department. Prior experience negotiating and drafting contracts is expected. Excellent business judgment and ability to assess legal risk while also thinking strategically and providing practical advice. Strong work ethic and proven ability to multi-task and set priorities. Exceptional communication, analytical and writing skills. Ability and desire to work independently, but also collaboratively. Member in good standing of the Texas bar or eligible to register as in-house counsel in Texas.
