Our firm primarily deals in Medical Malpractice and Catastrophic Injury, as well as simple Personal Injury matters. This experience would be great for a bright, motivated self-starter who is interested in seeing the day-to-day processes of a typical law firm and civil trial work. At this time, we are willing to start interested candidates at the start of the Spring 2023 semester, and our part-time hours are flexible.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling Intake Calls
- Maintaining Case List/Case Management Software
- Drafting Correspondence
- Obtaining/Organizing/Maintaining Medical Records
- Drafting/Outlining Pleadings
- Electronic Filing
- Miscellaneous Day-to-Day Firm Operation Tasks
