The Villari Firm, PLLC is offering part-time credit-based legal internship/externship positions to students whom are eager to learn and gain experience in the legal field. Our firm primarily deals in Medical Malpractice and Catastrophic Injury, as well as simple Personal Injury matters. This experience would be great for a bright, motivated self-starter who is interested in seeing the day-to-day processes of a typical law firm and civil trial work. At this time, we are willing to start interested candidates at the start of the Spring 2023 semester, and our part-time hours are flexible.

Responsibilities Include:

- Handling Intake Calls

- Maintaining Case List/Case Management Software

- Drafting Correspondence

- Obtaining/Organizing/Maintaining Medical Records

- Drafting/Outlining Pleadings

- Electronic Filing

- Miscellaneous Day-to-Day Firm Operation Tasks

- Legal Research and Writing

- Hearing/Deposition Preparation
