A law firm seeks a litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join their Defense Practice Group in Chicago, IL. The firm represents a diverse clientele, including hospitals, healthcare professionals, international companies, and school districts, in complex litigation matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.
• Litigate sophisticated cases in federal and state courts.
• Handle issues related to construction defects, products liability, and breach of contract.
• Work in person at the Chicago Loop office three days a week.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience.
• Experience in defense practice preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Skills
