• Conduct legal research and provide counsel to clients on employment law matters
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as required
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
• Provide legal advice and representation for clients in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in employment law or litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated interest in employment law
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Tennessee (required)
