The candidate will be assisting attorneys in the initial drafting/preparation of correspondence and other legal documents. Conduct legal research on questions of law using Westlaw. Will be assisting with file preparation for Court appearances by attorneys. Organizing and maintaining client files. Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Law School program. Excellent case management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and legal procedures required. Experience with drafting correspondence and legal documents for filing with Courts required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Excellent research and writing skills required.
