Pergament & Cepeda LLP, a small, rapidly growing life sciences and IP law firm in Morris County, NJ is looking for a litigation associate. The firm represents a number of corporate pharma clients in ANDA litigation. The firm also represent patent plaintiffs in patent contingency litigation.
We are looking for a highly articulate litigation associate with 0 to 4 years of overall litigation experience, including 0 to 2 years in patent litigation. Some pharmaceutical ANDA patent litigation experience is highly desirable but not required. The ideal candidate would have experience with discovery and motion practice. Top academic performance is required. Highly desirable but not required is good familiarity with, and preferably a degree in, organic chemistry and/or molecular biology, with an advanced degree a substantial plus. Compensation for this position includes an annual salary competitive within the New Jersey Market, along with customary benefits and opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions.
