A law firm seeks a Litigation Senior Attorney to join its team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have over six years of litigation experience and hold an active Texas Bar License. This role does not require a book of business.

Duties

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prepare extensively for trials, including file responsibility and motion practice.
• Engage in significant hearings and depositions.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized work ethic.
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, preferred but not required.
• Work on-site at least three days a week.

Requirements

• 6+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas Bar License.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License.
