Duties

• Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and related documents.
• Analyze and resolve conflicts of interest and ethical issues.
• Review and negotiate engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines.
• Assist in updating firm policies and templates.
• Support risk management duties of the Office of the General Counsel.
• Prepare training materials for attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in your state of residence or a jurisdiction with a firm office.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, conflicts clearance, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent client service and professionalism.
