Litigation Associate

The candidate will have a proven record of high academic achievement, a strong understanding of client customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding writing and analytical skills are required. Must have substantial experience in drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, legal research, and motion practice. Should have 3-6 years’ of experience in civil litigation to join collegial and team-oriented practice, focusing on business litigation.
