Dinsmore & Shohl, a prominent national law firm with over 700 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate in our Atlanta, Georgia office. Candidates must have one to three years of general litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, handling discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. Familiarity with the Georgia court system is a plus. A license to practice in Georgia is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
