Duties

• Represent clients in commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
• Prepare and serve predicate notices and court pleadings.
• Engage in commercial foreclosure litigation practice.
• Conduct motion practice and discovery, including e-discovery.
• Draft motions with proper citation formatting.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must reside in the Atlanta area at or prior to hire.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission or eligibility.
