Duties

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Maintain active communication with clients to ensure alignment with their business goals.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on venture capital.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions and technology company representation.
• Active member of the bar in the practicing state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the practicing state.
