Director, Privacy Program Management

The candidate will maintain and evolves the US Privacy Compliance/HIPAA program and requirements in compliance with applicable regulations. Will support governance and oversight of the US Privacy Program. Serves as US HIPAA Officer, with associated responsibilities including liaising with the HIPAA Security Officer, or delegates. Partners with the Global Privacy Office, privacy teams and business operations in the enhancement, implementation and understanding of privacy policies, processes, and controls for program compliance. Provides guidance and advisory support for the US privacy teams and business operations to include privacy incidents, notices, strategic initiatives, and assessments. Supports the maintenance and continued enhancement of the Global Privacy Platform. Development and execution of training course content designed to enhance cultural awareness and comprehension of US Privacy regulation and compliance. Coordinate execution of monitoring and testing of first-line privacy compliance controls. Reviews and prepares management reporting for privacy metrics and key risk indicators for senior business and compliance leadership as well as escalating key areas of privacy risk to the Global Privacy Office. Participates in audit and regulatory inquiries to represent the US Privacy Compliance team. Engages in industry and related forums to collaborate on opportunities to enhance the US Privacy Compliance program.
