• Oversee legal matters with a paralegal team, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes through settlement, mediation, and litigation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals to advance client matters.
• Engage in networking and community involvement to expand the firm's practice.

Requirements

• JD and admission to the Ohio Bar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Proven track record in business development and community engagement.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and organize a legal practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for hearings and trials.
• Book of business or a proven track record of building a book of business
