Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, emphasizing strategic thinking to meet client objectives. Duties:

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all aspects of litigation, including rapid response investigations, case evaluation, reporting, discovery, depositions, and trial presentations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related materials.
• Assist with client communication, including updates, case progress reports, and strategy discussions.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Contribute to case strategy development through active participation in team meetings and discussions.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends impacting insurance defense litigation.

Requirements:

• 1-10 years of relevant legal experience in litigation.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
