Location:

• Tampa, FL

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Take and defend depositions

• Participate in all stages of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations

• Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to clients

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in civil litigation

• Proven track record of managing commercial litigation cases

• Strong understanding of legal procedures, case law, and civil litigation processes

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
