The candidate will be processing all aspects of a workers’ compensation case under the direction of an experienced attorney and with the assistance of a support team. Must have results-driven, works well under pressure, and can prioritize and balance competing demands. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills and experience in customer service. Must also demonstrate a team-oriented, collaborative work-style. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, type at least 50 WPM, and be comfortable with technology. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
