Duties

• Represent clients in complex civil disputes and securities litigation.
• Engage in white-collar investigations and high-stakes appeals.
• Coordinate global representations for clients.
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant practice areas.
• Strong academic background with excellent analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Elite law firm experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior clerkship experience is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
