Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal administrative staff to manage case files efficiently

• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve and settle claims

• Maintain accurate records of case-related activities and communications

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in insurance defense and civil litigation

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and strategies

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

• Commitment to providing excellent client service

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Mississippi (Required)
