A law firm seeks a motivated, entry-level Associate Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Leominster, MA. This full-time, on-site position focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements for residential real estate transactions, offering an excellent opportunity for new attorneys to gain hands-on experience.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate residential Purchase & Sale Agreements.
• Communicate directly with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
• Identify and address contract issues, contingencies, and risk factors.
• Assist with due diligence related to property transactions.
• Support the closing process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple active files.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Strong interest in residential real estate law and transactions.
• Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience or coursework in real estate law is a plus, but not required.
