A prominent law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated Workers’ Compensation Attorney with foundational experience to support its litigation practice. This position, structured as a hybrid role, also offers involvement in Civil Litigation matters, particularly Personal Injury cases. Duties:

• Advocate for injured workers throughout all phases of workers’ compensation proceedings

• Perform in-depth legal research and draft strategic responses tailored to case-specific issues

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement conferences

• Negotiate favorable resolutions and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

• Partner with litigation teams to collect evidence, prepare case files, and build solid arguments

• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration across legal teams to support related civil litigation matters

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in workers’ compensation law

• Active membership in the California State Bar with good standing

• Demonstrated proficiency in oral advocacy and legal writing

• Ability to independently manage caseloads while also supporting team objectives

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• California Bar Admission required

Skills:

• Strong litigation and negotiation capabilities
